<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase creeping distance between a secondary winding and lead wire, operate a wire-wound transformer surely and realize miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A primary winding 32 and secondary windings 39, 41 are cylindrically wound in a prescribed width of a bobbin 2 through partitions 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14. Lead wires 32a, 39b, 41a which extend from an end of the winding are turned up toward the other end direction from one end of cylindrical outer periphery of the secondary windings 39, 41. Long and thin shield 34 which is composed of an insulator is laid between terminal boards 16 and 18 fixed to both ends of axial direction of the bobbin 2. A lead wire guide 34a which is released by opposite side to a side facing the bobbin 2 is installed along the longitudinal direction of the shield 34. Turned-up lead wires 32a, 39b, 41a are arranged in the lead wire guide 34a, and led to the terminal boards 16, 18 over periphery of the secondary windings 39, 41.
