<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a highly reliable circuit board in which connecting means are not diffused to the outside of a diffusion prevention means formed in inner walls of through-holes or non-through-holes. <P>SOLUTION: This device for manufacturing the circuit board is provided with a laser beam oscillator 20 which allows setting a flow velocity of laser medium gas which passes through a space between discharge electrodes, a width between discharge electrodes, and a position of an aperture between discharge electrodes, to a desired value, a total reflection mirror 22, a shutter 34 having an opening/closing means, a scanning means 23, and a condenser lens 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
