PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a high-carbon bright steel sheet by which the generation of flaws caused by tightening is suppressed and high gloss is obtained. SOLUTION: This method is the manufacturing method of the high-carbon bright steel sheet by which annealing is performed after cold-rolling high carbon steel having the carbon content of 0.2-1.3 wt.% and, next, skin pass rolling is performed with bright rolls.
