PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slinging work wire device capable of fastening and hanging by freely adjusting the length of the slinging work wire corresponding to the size and the length of the baggage when hanging the baggage such as building materials or the like with a crane. SOLUTION: The slinging work wire device 1 is equipped with at least a reel winding the wire, and a locking device which terminates the rotation in the delivery direction of the reel when the wire delivered from the reel becomes a prescribed angle with respect to the vertical direction.
