PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adopt an illuminating device on an electric decoration having a curved surface shape, and at the same time, to reduce light emitting element boards, to reduce the cost greatly, to facilitate the handling, and to use spaces effectively. SOLUTION: The board part 40 has a three layer structure for which three sheets of front surface boards, an upper front surface board 41, an intermediate front surface board 42 and a lower front surface board 43, are arranged in an approximately horizontal direction with a specified interval H. A front edge part 44 is formed into an arc shape to be adjusted to the curved line shape of a light receiving unit 60, and is provided in a vicinity of the light receiving unit 60. In the vicinities of the front edge part 44 of respective front surface boards 41 to 43, a large number of side surface light emitting type LED chips 47 are respectively mounted in a manner to go along the curved surface shape of the light receiving surface of the light receiving unit 60 which forms a three-dimensional curved surface.
