PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal intruder by breaking of a key of a house and breaking of a rain door being a weak point in a conventional house opening part. SOLUTION: This house opening part cutoff device (composed of a transfer groove and a house opening part cutoff plate arranged in a house opening part outer frame part) larger in the size than a house opening part outer frame is fitted in the house opening part outer frame.
