PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web page access system and a web page access method which access a web page associated with a link word only by inputting the link word, which is acquired by TV or the like, associate different web pages according to the date and time by setting an expiration date to this associative relation, and guide a desired viewer to the web page, then improve advertising/promotion effects. SOLUTION: A system server 5 sets the link word associating with an address, and is provided with a conversion list table storing means 6a which sets the expiration date to the associative relation, a link word receiving means 7i which receives the link word, a receiving date and time obtaining means 7j which obtains the date and time, an address obtaining means 7l which obtains the address associated with the link word of which the receiving date and time is within the expiration date, and an address output means 7m which outputs the address to a terminal of the viewer 3.
