PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a support bearing without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: This hybrid compressor C operates a compressing mechanism 12 by driving rotation of a rotating shaft 13 to perform gas compression, and is used by switching the power from an engine E and the power from an electric motor 38 in driving the rotation of the rotating shaft 13. A one-way clutch 44a for transmitting only one-way rotational force to the rotating shaft 13, and the support bearing 44b for supporting a rotor 45 to the rotating shaft 13 so as to perform relative rotation are provided between the rotating shaft 13 and the rotor 45 of the electric motor 38. A center position of a magnet 46 in an axial line L direction of the rotating shaft 13 and the center position of a core 49 deviate from each other in the axial line L direction in the motor 38. Thus, an energizing force based on magnetic force of the magnet 46 acts on the rotor 45 in the axial line L direction, thus giving an axial load to the support bearing 44b.
