PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion liquid of small particle sizes, including a high-melting phenolic stabilizer and to provide an emulsion liquid of a phenolic stabilizer that has excellent dispersion into a rubber-reinforced styrene resin latex or a synthetic rubber latex with the addition efficiency improved. SOLUTION: This emulsion liquid of a phenolic stabilizer is constituted with a phenolic stabilizer having a melting point of≥90°C, when necessary, other stabilizers and emulsifiers.
