PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve quality and yield and to kill/avoid pests to prevent diseases/damages by using a macro- or microelemental fertilizing component as a base to normalize translocation of sugars through addition of translocated substances and to normalize metabolism through addition of physiologically active substances such as vitamins B6 and C, a sulfur-containing amino acid (including its metabolic intermediate) and sugars such as sucrose, sorbitol and trehalose. SOLUTION: A fertilizer composition for plants in general is prepared by adding functional active components such as vitamins (B6 and C) which are organic substances, the sulfur-containing amino acid (including its metabolic intermediate) and sugars (sucrose, sorbitol or trehalose) to the macro- or microelemental nutritional factors used as the base.
