PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the case of taking a nap especially in a car that the head cannot be fixed well resulting in causing a pain at the neck, the sunshine is glaring, the face is directly exposed to solar heat at high temperature to be heated, a person trying to take a nap cannot sleep ashamed of having his/her sleeping face seen by a passerby and the person cannot sleep minding breath through the nose because of sleeping with a handkerchief placed on his/her face, so that the person cannot sleep sound. SOLUTION: The nap pillow hides the face by covering the whole face over the face. By fixing the face and neck, the a burden is not applied to the neck.
