PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the provision of unsound game machines by a fraudulent action. SOLUTION: A control program for controlling a game machine 10 is encoded by a encoding key 51K and stored in ROM 4. On the other hand, a decoding key 52K for decoding the encoded program is stored in a system memory 3 of a CPU.
