PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for treating excrement of a pet taking a walk, making it possible that an owner of the pet treats the excrement without soiling the hand, by using a container with an excrement receiving bag positioned in openable arms, while keeping a standing position. SOLUTION: In this tool, handle grooves are vertically formed inside a tool body grip fastening frame, right and left ends of a Y-shaped wire are joined to two wire fastening positions of a handle built in the handle grooves, the other end of the wire is passed through a hollow pipe the top end of which is joined to the bottom of the grip fastening frame, and right and left ends of a reverse Y-shaped wire which is formed on the other end of the wire passed through the hollow pipe are joined to fastening members positioned inside the elastic openable arms fastened to the bottom end of the hollow pipe. Therefore, the wire is upward lifted up, when the owner grips the handle, and operation of treating the excrement is completely conducted by actions of the elastic openable arms having the receiving bag in such a manner that the arms slide into a bottom space of the excrement, together sweep up the excrement, approach to each other, and close. When the owner releases the hand from the handle, the elastic openable arms are opened, because of having elasticity, so that the owner pulls the bag which receives the excrement out of the openable arms. Thus, the owner can treat the pet's excrement by nipping the bag with a clip, without giving the hand trouble, after the owner seals an opening of the bag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
