PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke exposure testing module which enables the efficient and easy recovery of cells in an amount sufficient for performing highly precise observation with microscopes and various biological measurements without damaging the exposed cells. SOLUTION: This smoke exposure testing module comprising a cell-adhered surface (15) formed by adhering a prescribed amount of the cells, a chamber (2) having the cell-adhered surface (15) therein, an introduction portion (22) for introducing a smoke into the chamber (2) to expose the cell-adhered surface (15) to the smoke, and an exhaustion portion (23) for exhausting the smoke from the chamber is characterized by further having at least one microscope observation member (14) which is supported in a state capable of being taken out from the chamber (2) to observe with a microscope and on which the cell-adhered surface (15) is disposed.
