This invention provides a compound of Formula (I) wherein S1, and S2 are each independently, hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aralkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and S1, and S2 together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form a nitrogen containing heteroaryl and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a method of preparing the compound of Formula (I), and use of the compound of Formula (I) in the preparation of 3-cyano quinolines.
