<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling a broadcasting agent to easily organize and transmits a content prepared by itself by reducing the facility investment and maintenance related to the organization and assembling processing of the content. <P>SOLUTION: This system for accepting on trust data broadcasting 11 connected to a broadcasting agent system 10 through a network accepts on trust the organization and assembling processing of the content. This system 11 makes the agent system 10 transmit content registration information 12 and organization information 13, and executes the organization of the registered content in a data transmitting management server 115 on the basis of the organization information 13.
