<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable reservation system having a personal identification which excludes duplicate reservation by the same user and grants cancellation assurance. <P>SOLUTION: To a communication network 30, a cellular phone system 10 having a personal identification means in which user's fingerprint authentication data are registered is connected through a router 20. In addition, an assurance granting server 40 for granting cancellation assurance, a personal identification database 50 which is shared between carriers, and to which user's fingerprint authentication data given a registration number are registered; a banking server 60 which performs the clearing of a premium/insurance benefit from a designated account, and a reservation reception server 71 of a deposit sales system 70 which can apply for reservation through a network are connected to the communication network.
