<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to hardly leak customer information inquired outside a store of a financial institution to a third party. <P>SOLUTION: An imprint or the balance of a customer is inquired of a seal server 13 or a host computer 11 present in the head office of a bank, in a house or a company of the customer via a wireless communication network 17 of a PHS by use of a portable terminal 15. A data control part of the portable terminal 15 stores inquired imprint data or data on the balance in a memory part, and displays the imprint or the balance on a display part 34. The data control part 34 displays a confirmation key for ending the display on the display part 34 together with the imprint, the balance or the like.
