<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and inexpensively reuse a double drum can by carrying out the location and quality management of the double drum can and the discard management of a used internal can by a central control center, and to prevent any environmental problem by strictly and smoothly carrying out the discard processing. <P>SOLUTION: This recycle system for collecting a dual drum can with a thin internal can fitted into an external can after it is used, and to exchange the internal can with a new one for circulating the dual drum can again. This recycle system comprizes a reproduction center 3 for carrying out the storage of the dual drum can, the collection of the used drum can and the exchange of the internal can and a central control center 1 for accepting the order reception of the dual drum can and the collection request of the used double drum can, and for issuing the instruction of storage or collection to the reproduction center 3, and for carrying out the end batch centralized control of information concerning the circulation of the dual drum can such as the locations or number of the dual drum cans and the contents of the dual drum cans by a central computer device 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
