<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock device with time correcting capability which easily corrects time by a low-priced system. <P>SOLUTION: The clock device comprises a control part 8 for controlling the entire clock device, a time display part 4 for displaying time, a time correction switch 7 for starting time correction, a microphone 1 for picking up voices, a voice recognition part 2 for receiving a signal outputted from the microphone 1, and a time conversion part 3 for converting the voice recognition result recognized by the voice recognition part 2 to corrected time information.
