<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical printer head and an image forming device using an organic electroluminescent element having high quality with a small size and low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The optical printer head and image forming device comprises an exposure element in which a plurality of light-emitting elements capable of emitting signal light corresponding to data signal are arranged in a line shape, a photosensitive body which can form an arbitrary latent image by being irradiated with the signal light, and a light transmission part which can irradiate the signal light emitted from the exposure element on an appropriate location of the photosensitive body. The exposure element is an organic electroluminescent element that comprises at least a positive electrode injecting holes, a luminous layer having a light-emitting region, and a negative electrode injecting electrons.
