EXTERNAL FACING SUPERIOR IN SILICONE POLLUTION RESISTANCE AND EXTERNAL WALL OF BUILDING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to pollution by an elution component from a silicone sealing material in an external facing material and an external wall of a building using the same. SOLUTION: A silicone coating layer C of a surface of a base material 1 includes an inorganic filler 11, and has a permeability in the film thickness direction to an organic silicone low molecular weight compound. The silicone coating layer C includes a light semiconductor 12 in a coating film. An Si-CH3group in the elution component 101 from the silicone sealing material 100 is decomposed by the light semiconductor 12, and becomes a hydrophilic group of an Si-OH group. The coating film becomes high in affinity with moisture such as rainwater, and permeability inside of the coating film is improved. A decomposition reaction rate by the light semiconductor 12 exceeds a silicone component elution speed by permeability by the filler 11 and the decomposition action by the light semiconductor 12, and pollution resistance is realized.
