PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for hermetically sealing and fixing a furnace bottom part in a blast furnace with which the blast furnace in which anchor bolts are disposed in the inside of the furnace body, is fixed to the blast furnace basis and this fixed portion is hermetically sealed. SOLUTION: This hermetically sealing and fixing device comprizes the anchor bolts for fixing the furnace bottom part in the blast furnace by embedding into the blast furnace basis, an anchor frame disposed in the inside of the furnace body, an anchor bolt penetrating hole seal pipes disposed in the anchor bolt penetrating hole on the anchor frame, nuts fitted on the anchor frame and forming an engaged fixing part by engaging with the anchor bolts, engaged fixing part seal member for sealing by including the engaged fixing part, engaged fixing part refractory for holding heat resistance of the engaged fixing part by being disposed to the outside of the engaged fixing seal member and anchor seal member for hermetically sealing the anchor frame by being disposed on the outer periphery of the engaged fixing part refractory.
