PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition for forming an adhesive layer capable of transmitting light generated by an organic EL-displaying element in an excellent transmission coefficient even by receiving thermal history. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for forming the adhesive layer installed in an organic EL-displaying device having the organic EL-displaying element obtained by laminating in the order of a cathode, an organic light-emitting layer and an anode is characterized by consisting of an acrylic adhesive or a silicone-based adhesive and having characteristics such as≥90 % total light transmittance in both before and after a heat-treatment at 120°C for 2 hr performed after forming the adhesive layer, also≤10 % haze in both before and after the heat-treatment and further≤0.5 color difference (ΔE*ab) between before and after the heat treatment.
