PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely predict the performance of a new system without requiring man-hours for a simulation processing or the like. SOLUTION: A performance 101 and an architecture parameter of an existing system are inputted to a conversion processing 102 in an L1 cache complete hit status to obtain a performance 103 of an L1 cache complete hit status. Afterwards, the performance 103 of the L1 cache complete hit status and the architecture parameter of the new system are inputted to a conversion processing 104 into the new system to obtain the predicted performance of performance 105 of the new system.
