PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system which can not be destroyed due to its unrecognized existence from the outside, increasingly improves reliability and puts no limitation on architectural designing. SOLUTION: The security system 1 is provided with a lock device 2 for a door 11 through which a person gets out and gets in, an unlock means 3 which opens and closes the lock device 2 based on the information on a key, an information reading sensor 4 which is arranged adjacent to the door 11 so that it may not be exposed to the outside and reads the information on the key, and a control means 5 which controls the unlocking means 3 to open and close the lock device 2 by reading the information on the key.
