PURPOSE: A portable device having a flexible case is provided to ensure a water-proof characteristic of the portable device while preventing the portable device from being damaged by external impact. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller unit(110) includes a portable device(120) having a smart entry function and/or smart ignition function. The smart entry function automatically releases a locking state of a door when a user carrying the portable device(120) approaches a vehicle(140) and automatically locks the door when the user carrying the portable device(120) is remote from the vehicle(140). The remote controller unit(110) includes a transceiver(130). The user(15) of the vehicle(140) carries the portable device(120). The transceiver(130) is installed in the vehicle(140) and includes a transmitting circuit, a receiving circuit, and a microcomputer.
