PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital PID control circuit capable of suppressing a continuous oscillation state in a short time even when continuous oscillation is generated in a control target in control operation. SOLUTION: This circuit individually has a PID calculating CPU 1 for automatically calculating each constant for a PID control operation to execute the PID control operation, and a state monitoring CPU 5 for confirming a state of the control target 3. The circuit is provided with a function automatically resetting each the constant of a PID arithmetic expression so as to suppress the continuous oscillation in time of the oscillation. Therefore, even when the continuous oscillation is generated in the control operation, the circuit immediately detects and avoids the continuous oscillation state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
