PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple outdoor security system reduced in the number of sensors required for keeping detection precision when monitoring the circumference of a building by use of the sensors to detect an intruder. SOLUTION: This system comprises at least a means for emitting light or radio wave toward a predetermined area to detect an object, receiving a reflected wave from the object to detect at least the speed and position of the object, a means for imaging the object, and a means for turning the imaging means to the object on the basis of the speed and position of the object detected by the detection means.
