PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a press-in process of a shaft at a time by temporarily fixing a fan and a cap. SOLUTION: In this blower, a motor shaft is pressed in the resin fan 10 and the resin cap. A male side fitting part 32 having a large number of corner parts on an outer peripheral surface is formed in the cap 30, and a female side fitting part 14 having a large number of corner parts on an inner peripheral surface is formed in the fan 10, and the motor shaft is pressed in in a state of temporarily fixing the fan 10 and the cap 30 by fitting the male side fitting part 32 to the female side fitting part 14. Since the outer peripheral surface of the male side fitting part 32 and the inner peripheral surface of the female side fitting part 14 are brought into close contact only in a part in the peripheral direction and are not brought into close contact in a residual part, when fitting the male side fitting part 32 to the female side fitting part 14, the female side fitting part 14 can easily extend and contract (be elastically deformable) in a non-close contact part.
