PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with an elevator securing a sufficient storage place and facilitating transportation of loads into the storage space. SOLUTION: A skeleton part 8 including living room stories A and a store room story C lower in height dimension than the living room story A is provided with an elevator hoistway 20 which is provided with a transport car 21 liftably.
