PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant for osteosynthesis which effectively prevent a bone screw from being moved after an operation. SOLUTION: This implant is equipped with: an implant body 10 with at least one screw holes 14 to 20; and a bone screw 28 to engage with a screw hole when the screw 28 is screwed into the bone to fix the implant body 10. The screw holes 14 to 20 have respective ring shape grooves 46 with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the thread. The ring shape grooves 46 accept rings 22, 24, 26 which are made of deformable material and have an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the thread of the bone screw 28.
