PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fixing element having excellent toughness and impact resistance and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The screw fixing element 1 is inserted into a lower hole formed in a bone. The screw fixing element 1 is made of a calcium phosphate-synthetic resin composite material obtained by pressure heat-treating a mixture of calcium phosphate particles, at least partly crosslinked synthetic resin particles I and uncrosslinked synthetic resin particles II.
