PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent dissolver that does not require an external force such as a motor or a complex structure and supplies a detergent solution in which a detergent is sufficiently dissolved a washing machine equipped with the detergent dissolver. SOLUTION: The detergent dissolver has a feedwater container 1 provided in a halfway point of a water supply channel and a detergent dissolving container 2 to dissolve a detergent. A first impeller 3 hydraulically rotated is arranged in the feedwater container 1 and a second impeller 4 rotated by transmitting the torque of the first impeller 3 is provided in the detergent dissolving container 2.
