PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog's excrement gathering tool making it possible that an owner of the dog gathers the excrement, while the owner is in a standing position, by solving such problems that the owner is forced to keep the body close to the ground at each time when the owner treats the excrement in taking exercise (a walk) with the dog, then the owner is forced to bring the excrement home by wrapping it with tissue paper, and treat it as burnable waste matter, or dig a hole and bury the excrement in the hole, anyway, the owner is forced to lower the position, and treatment thereof is troublesome, especially, when it rains. SOLUTION: This tool is so structured that a shaft 2 having a length of about 65 cm is attached to a bucket 1, and the bucket 1 is laid down from a vertical position to a horizontal position or stood up in the reverse direction by using a grip 7.
