PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously carry out drilling of a mulch film and soil before transplanting pot seedlings. SOLUTION: The drill for the mulch film and the soil is prepared by installing an upper handle (6) and a lower cylindrical blade (2) to a hollow shaft (7), a handle (5) to the upper part of a rod (4), and a column (1) and a step board (3) to the lower part.
