A method of measuring the angle of torsion of a suspension for magnetic disk, comprising a mounting step for fixedly pressurizing the reference surface of the suspension for magnetic disk on a jig having a smooth reference plane having a known angle of torsion set therefor and a measuring step for measuring the angles of torsion of the slider mounting surface relative to the reference surface of the suspension fixed to the jig in roll and pitch directions.
