<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide members for light emitting device which are small and have no deformation in shape, where the light of a light emitting element is efficiently radiated outside and the light emission efficiency of the light emitting device is made very high. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating base body 1 which is near rectangular comprises a recess 4 on the central section of its upper surface. Wiring conductors 5b and 5d where two sets of light emitting element mounting parts 2a and 2b and electrodes of light emitting elements 3a and 3b are electrically connected across a center line N that halves the recess 4 almost parallel to a pair of facing sides of the insulating base body 1, are formed on the bottom surface of the recess 4.
