摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reproducibility in DNA quantitativity and detection sensitivity in the electrophoresis of DNAs in a fine channel. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrophoresis method of nucleic acid chains, a sample liquid containing the nucleic acid chains is circulated to a channel for supplying samples that crosses a channel for electrophoresis for performing electrophoresis by mechanical pressure, and the sample liquid containing the nucleic acid chain is supplied to the channel for electrophoresis in the electrophoresis of the nucleic acid chains that is performed in the fine channel being provided on a substrate. Further, in the determination method of the nucleic acid chains, the nucleic acid chains are separated by the electrophoresis method, and then solution containing fluorescent reagents for labeling the nucleic acid chains from another fine channel for crossing the channel for electrophoresis is flowed in for contact by mechanical pressure, for labeling the fluorescent reagents to the nucleic acid chains, and for measuring fluorescence intensity, thus determining the nucleic acid chains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
