<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transducer having superior design flexibility, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the photoelectric transducer. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric transducer 1 has a first electrode 3, a second electrode 6 provided facing the first electrode 3, a dense layer (dense electron transport layer) 41 disposed in between the first and second electrodes 3 and 6, a porous layer (porous electron transport layer) 42 contacting the dense layer 41, a dye layer D contacting the porous layer 42, and a positive hole transport layer 5 located between the porous layer 42 and the second electrode 6 to be contacted with the dye layer D, and these electrodes and layers are provided on a substrate 2.
