PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for a ciphering data stream capable of easily realizing a ciphering processing using different cryptographic keys for data streams with an inexpensive constitution even when the data streams corresponding to a plurality of tracks are continuously inputted at a high speed. SOLUTION: A stream generating device 100 includes a cryptographic key generating means 108 for ciphering the data streams of an audio signal by the plurality of cryptographic keys changed in each prescribed period of time, a timer 109, a ciphering means 101, and a recording means 102 for recording the ciphered data streams on a memory card 103.
