PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat storage device capable of providing latent heat storage material with fluidity and securely stirring the latent heat storage material without requiring a stirrer and the like and capable of performing efficient heat exchange which accompanies flow of latent heat storage material without a significantly large heat exchange device. SOLUTION: The latent heat storage device is provided with a heat storage tank for storing the latent heat storage materials and a heat exchanger 6 for a heat source and a heat exchanger 7 for loading are provided in the heat storage tank. The latent heat storage material is structured with a mixed heat storage material 4 consisting of a large number of capsule heat storage materials 2 enclosed in capsules and liquid heat storage material 3. The heat storage tank is structured with a decompressed heat storage tank 1 of which inside is decompressed, the heat exchanger 6 for heat source is provided in the mixed heat storage material 4 which is stored at a lower part of the decompressed heat storage tank 1 and at a lower part of the mixed heat storage material 4 and the heat exchanger 7 for loading is provided in a decompressed space 5 formed at an upper part of the decompressed heat storage tank 1.
