<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlamp device for a vehicle for eliminating problems such the enlargement of a case and fogging by grease, when an actuator constituting a rotary driving means for deflectively operating a lamp is resinified. <P>SOLUTION: In the actuator for deflecting light from an optical source, components such as a gear mechanism 44 and a printed circuit board 45 are placed in a case 41 made of resin, and the peripheral edge 41a of the case 41 has a step-like rib 418 for supporting the printed circuit board 45 on the inner surface side, and has a relative rib 419 with a recessed groove 41b on the outer surface side. By forming the relative rib 419, warping in the case 41 is suppressed and an increase of the outer size of the case 41 is prevented to miniaturize the case. By forming a gear of the gear mechanism 44 of resin having a self-lubrication property, the gear mechanism does not require grease and fogging caused by the grease is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
