PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a escaping device with a vertical escape chute by which a flexible escape chute is drooped along positions corresponding to each escaping opening part in the middle floors of a building in the case of emergency escape, and each entrance arranged in the escape chute is positioned at each saving opening part. SOLUTION: The flexible escape chute 1 is drooped along the positions corresponding to the escaping opening parts 21 in the middle floors of the building 20. The saving device with the vertical escape chute includes: each guide member 30 to restrict the drooping direction of the entrance 6 on the outer wall 23 of the building 20 so as to position the entrance 6 at each saving opening part 21; and the vertical escape chute having a guide part 10 in the opening frame part of the entrance 6.
