PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption code management system in which a system enabled to transmit data only between an arbitrary data transmitter and an arbitrary data receiver can be freely configured without performing wire tapping or disordered transmission/reception. SOLUTION: The transmission ID code A of an AV data transmitter 3 is exchanged into an ID code C by an ID management remote controller 5 or the receiving ID code B of an AV data receiver 4 is exchanged into the IC code C. At this time, the transmission ID code A and the reception ID code B are stored in the ID management remote controller 5. Therefore, the AV data transmitter 3 and the AV data receiver 4 store the ID code C respectively, so that a radio communication system can be configured to transmit/receive AV data.
