PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral colorimetry device, allowing short time spectral measurement on an object to be measured of which hue, lightness, and chroma vary. SOLUTION: The spectral colorimetry device includes a casing 10 having an aperture 10a disposed on a surface facing the surface of the object to be measured, a multi-color imaging element 19 having sensitivity for light having a plurality of wavelengths in a visible wavelength region, and light sources 11-14 consisting of a plurality of LEDs capable of emitting white light having wavelengths included in a measurable region of the imaging element and having different spectral characteristics, in the casing, and measures the color of the object to be measured, by receiving the light reflected by the object to be measured irradiated with the light from the light sources through the aperture 10a by the multi-color imaging element 19. The light sources 11-14 include a control means 21 which is provided for a plurality of points so that the irradiation angle of the irradiation light can be varied, and which controls the timing for making the LEDs emit the light with spectral characteristics which serially differ for every irradiation angle.
