PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a sewing machine by dissolving a thread loop formed when threading by a thread pulling means and completely threading in the eye of a sewing needle. SOLUTION: A multihead sewing machine is provided with a threading mechanism 33 threading the sewing needle 15 with a threading hook 83 and the thread pulling mechanism 32 including a thread pulling member 62 wiping the thread T extending downward through the eye 15a of the sewing needle 15. The thread pulling mechanism 32 is so constituted that the thread loop L is dissolved by pulling a looped thread threaded in the eye 15a of the sewing needle 15 with the threading hook 83 by the thread pulling member 62.
