DIGITAL/ANALOG CONVERTER WITH LOW SKEW AND GLITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter which can be operated at high speed while having low glitch and skew. SOLUTION: In the digital/analog converter, an analog signal is obtained from current cells with different current output amounts, a current switch for selectively enabling the current cells, and a voltage corresponding to an output current of the current cell enabled by the current switch. The current switch has a MOS transistor having an adjusted aspect ratio so as to have a constant capacitance load regardless of the output current amount that each current cell has.
