PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an electrostatic biaxially oriented polypropylene-based resin film, having sufficient electrostatic property, keeping the excellent electrostatic property for a long time, without exhibiting the reduction of its initial transparency even on being exposed under a high temperature and without having stickiness. SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented polypropylene-based resin film is characterized by containing 100 pts. wt. polypropylene-based resin, each specific amount of (A) a specific polyoxyethyleneamine monoester compound, (B) a polyoxyethyleneamine diester compound and (C) a polyoxyethylene alkyldiethanolamine compound and (D) a polyoxyehylene alkenyldiethanolamine compound and (E) a polyglycerol monofatty acid ester compound.
