PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle heat insulating device formed so as to keep a beverage at a deliciously drinkable temperature even if the beverage is not stored and retrieved when necessary. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle heat insulating device 3 is formed to be heat-insulated by installing a cool/hot plate 73 in the on-vehicle heat insulating device 3, forming a hole 31 ranging from the upper part of the on-vehicle heat insulating device 3 to the upper surface of the hot/cool plate 73, and inserting a beverage container in the hole 31. Since the beverage is always placed, in an insulated state, at a position to which a user is accessible, there is no need to open a cover when used and frequently retrieve it from an insulated space.
